DELIVERY
To avoid dissapointment, please place Christmas orders as soon as possible.
GET IT IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS: Order by 1pm Friday 20th December 2024 and we will have your order ready to send to you by the last Royal Mail Special Delivery posting date for UK orders on 21st December. To avoid dissapointment you can choose expedited delivery at checkout, using UPS courier service which usually takes 1-2 days.
Alternatively you can arrange collection from our studio up to the 23rd December, please choose this option at checkout.
We aim to ship all our orders, received via our online shop, within 5 working days. Our products are hand crafted and hand finished and in some cases, such as cushions and throws, are made to order and it may take up to 10 days before we are able to ship them to you. We will contact you to confirm your order advising you of an approximate lead time for these items and when you can expect delivery.
Please note that during sale periods we receive a high volume of orders, which may result in delivery taking a little longer than usual.
We will send you an e-mail to confirm when your order has been sent.
Please note that deliveries to non-UK addresses will take considerably longer to arrive.

It is with great regret that we announce that we will not be able to deliver to our friends in the EU and Northern Ireland as of 12th December 2024. This is due to technical restrictions in the shipping of our products due to the introduction of the European Union's General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR) We hope to deliver to these destinations in the future and apologise for any inconvenience this causes. |
Our website will automatically generate a delivery charge based on the combined weight of all products ordered.
We advise our overseas customers to note that orders shipped overseas are sent on a delivery duty unpaid basis. Please check with your local government customs office, prior to placing an order, if you need to pay import duty or any additional taxes that may apply to your country of delivery. Row Pinto does not accept any liability for additional taxes and charges relating to clearing your goods through customs. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking details will be provided to customers for each order sent and it is or customers responsibility to monitor their order and to check if delivery attempts have been made.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We understand that you may sometimes want to return products that you are not happy with. Row Pinto will exchange or return any purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods to the address they were shipped to. Goods must be unused and in the same condition you received them in, with the original packaging and tags still attached. Please send your return via a trackable method, marking your package clearly as ‘Returned Goods’. Please obtain a valid proof of postage and hold onto it until you receive your refund or exchange. The returned goods are the responsibility of the customer until they have been received by us as Row Pinto cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.
We will process your exchange or return as soon as it is received however please note that it can take up to 7 working days for the funds to appear back in your account after being received by us. If your item is to be exchanged it will be sent within 10 working days of receiving your return and the customer will be liable for delivery charges of the exchanged item.
Delivery charge and returned postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty. If an item you have received is damaged, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement to be sent. If the goods ordered are faulty, please contact us via email at info@rowpinto.com or +44 (0) 208 465 9988. If they are then accepted as faulty by us, Row Pinto will pay the cost of return postage or reimburse the cost of postage.
